  • Position OverviewThe Account Manager is a key position for business development as this person will represent SHEIN for the sellers managed by them.
  • They should be able to provide any assistance the sellers might need and also help the sellers keep up with SHEIN’s growth.
  • ResponsibilitiesResponsible for improving sales and number of orders for all managed sellers they assist.
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining a good relationship with fashion sellers, monitoring sales and operations.
  • Help the sellers to select SKUs for various campaigns and promotions.
  • Prepare reports and provide detailed information about assisted sellers to category managers in order to execute defined strategies.
  • Research the fashion market and conduct competitive analysis.
  • QualificationsFull graduation (new graduates welcome).
  • Sales aptitude and ambition to constantly surpass your KPIs.
  • Experience in managing marketplace partners.
  • Logical and problem-oriented thinking.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Experience in Marketplace is a plus.
