- ABOUT THE ROLE Job Responsibilities Establish a data monitoring system for warehousing, including maintaining data sources, building data dashboards, and generating periodic data reports for visualization.
- Monitor the operational health of warehousing, develop frameworks and processes to improve efficiency, and provide optimization suggestions for business processes, labor performance, capacity planning, and so on.
- Provide data support for projects, assisting warehouse teams, product teams, and other departments in smooth business operations.
- Support ad-hoc data tasks to meet business needs.
- Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in warehousing data analysis.
- Proficient in SQL, data tools (such as Tableau, Power BI), and statistical analysis skills, with a solid understanding of analytical methodologies.
- Responsible for business-related data extraction, analysis, and optimization strategies.
- English proficiency for workplace communication; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and a high sense of responsibility, excellent communication and teamwork skills, independent problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to various data analysis requirements and scenarios.
