Join SHEIN and be the future!ABOUT THE POSITION:This role focuses on supporting the incubation process for new business opportunities, working with internal teams and entrepreneurs to develop promising ideas from conception to implementation. You will be at the heart of innovation initiatives, helping to transform concepts into viable business ventures through structured adjustment processes and collaborative problem-solving.Responsabilities:1. Assist in executing incubation strategies to identify and nurture high-potential business opportunities.2. Conduct basic market research and data collection to support viability assessments and opportunity evaluations.3. Participate in the incubation process, including assisting with ideation, prototyping, and testing activities.4. Work with team leaders and stakeholders to support resource mobilization and maintain alignment with project objectives.5. Follow assigned tasks and collaborate effectively within the incubation team to ensure progress in daily operations.6. Monitor key metrics, report updates on progress, and maintain documentation for incubation projects.7. Support entrepreneurs or project teams by providing operational assistance and implementing action plans under guidance.8. Communicate challenges, updates, and suggestions to team leaders or supervisors on a regular basis.Requirements:1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, e-commerce, or a related field. Previous experience in business operations, market research, or startup-related work is preferred but not mandatory.2. Ability to effectively execute assigned tasks, adapt in dynamic environments, and demonstrate strong collaboration skills.3. Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities, with openness to learning and applying creative solutions.4. Familiarity with the Brazilian market, local e-commerce trends, and willingness to travel occasionally to visit merchants.5.
