Supply Chain Analyst, Reverse Logistic & Recommerce

DESCRIPTIONAmazon is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Supply Chain Operations team in Brazil, specifically supporting the Recommerce and Reverse Logistics process. This role represents a critical position within our Brazil Operations organization, helping to optimize our network performance with connection to the business and all FCs.Key Responsibilities:– Lead the weekly planning process in conjunction with commercial teams, including demand planning, capacity management, and performance tracking;
– Develop and maintain comprehensive KPI frameworks to monitor operational efficiency, cost metrics, and capacity utilization of business partners;
– Design and implement automated reporting solutions for Weekly Business Reviews (WBR) and monthly meetings;
– Create and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Quicksight/Tableau to provide real-time visibility into performance;
– Perform complex data analysis using SQL to extract insights and identify optimization opportunities;
– Partner with business stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and develop action plans to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency;
– Lead deep-dive analyses to identify trends and root causes for performance deviations;
– Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize the broader Amazon Fulfillment ecosystem.

– Experience working as business analyst/data analyst/statistical analyst role and conducting analysis and data mining using Excel;
– Experience extracting and processing data using SQL;
– Experience creating Macros to solve business needs;
– Experience conducting statistical analysis using Python.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling;
– Excellent communication (verbal, written, and data presentation) and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams;
– Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast paced environment;
